There's always next month...
You can always make it at a later date, not a cake to miss out on.
Hey
You can make it again, just look at all the tweaks and suggestions of the challenge participants. We all had our own trials with this recipe. Might I suggest mini cakes, minus buttercream (like Fanny of Foodbeam), might ensure it's more moist. I'm going to give it another try as mini cakes minus buttercream when I come back after the bank holiday.
